The Project

Wanlitong spearheads a point-accumulation system for several online shopping entities. The goal of the campaign was to demonstrate (and celebrate!) what you can do with these points – like traveling or going to new restaurants.

Additionally there’s a series of 3 posters with characters expressing their rage at the system and desire to break the mold.

The Challenges

Casting the right talents for this assignment was absolutely key. It was only after going through a near hundred talents that we narrowed down the choice on each character for each poster. It was possible and made easier with our reliable network of talent agencies that we work with on a regular basis.

Next was timing, with three locations and 6 key visual images to achieve. By sourcing the three locations all within a 1km range, it was possible to compress our schedule and shoot all the materials that we needed in one day.

The end result...

…the shoot and end results were a success with both the agency and the end client, that had a good experience throughout the whole process.
